1. Description of Service

MoneyTracker is a personal finance management application that allows you to track income and expenses, set budgets, and access AI-powered financial insights. The App is provided by Quester Studios.

2. Account Registration

To use MoneyTracker, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

MoneyTracker offers an auto-renewable subscription plan:

• MoneyTracker Pro — R99.99 per month
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions)
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods upon cancellation

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload or transmit harmful content, including viruses or malicious code

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MoneyTracker — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Quester Studios and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MoneyTracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The financial information and AI-powered insights provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quester Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any financial decisions made based on information provided by the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
